Once you have finalized your booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email, which will include all the details related to the trip as well as the invoice for the purchase.

Cancellation and refund policy

Please note that all reservations are final once payment has been finalized. In case of no-show, the amount paid will not be refunded. Our strict no-show non-refund policy is necessary to ensure proper organization of the tours and to cover the related costs.

If the trip is cancelled by the organizer (for reasons such as adverse weather conditions, logistical problems or other unforeseen circumstances), you will receive two options:

1. Reschedule the trip for a later date at no extra cost.
2. Full refund of the amount paid, into a bank account provided by you.

Change your reservation

If you wish to change the date or details of the trip after payment, please contact us at least 48 hours before the day of the trip. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.
